All free entries and passes to Whale of a time are only valid for the one named child and are not transferable
Whale of a Time reserve the right to confiscate any entry tickets or pass if it is being used fraudulently
All tickets passes remain the property of Whale of a Time at all times
Free entry passes and tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
Whale of a Time reserve the right to withdraw the scheme at any time without prior notice
All prizes are non transferable and have no cash value at all
If you lose your entry or pass to Whale of a time we are unable to issue a replacement for the remaining duration of the ticket/pass .
