Rules of the Centre
· Children should never be left unattended
· Smoking is not permitted anywhere in our premises
· No alcohol may be consumed and is strictly prohibited
· Parents and carers Must remain responsible for their children at all times
· No food or drinks may be taken into any play area
· No chewing gum on the premises
· No glass ware is to be brought into Whale of a Time
· No shoes may be worn on the play equipment
· Socks MUST be worn at All Times
· All jewellery badges and any other sharp objects should be removed before entering the play equipment.
· No climbing on the outside of the equipment
· No climbing on the outside of the netting
· Children who are unwell should not use the play equipment
· No running in the seating area
· Whale of a Time do not accept any responsibility for any items lost or left behind, damage or theft.
· During busy times Whale of a Time have a 2 Hour maximum stay policy
· Only food and drinks bought at Whale of a Time may be consumed on the premises. NO other food or dinks are permitted
· High chairs are for babies only
· Unsocial behaviour or verbal abuse of any kind will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave without refund
Whale of a Time reserve the right to ask any person not observing these rules to leave the premises without a refund.
We at Whale of a Time want YOU to have a great time and our rules are there to protect you as well as us. If you have any comments good or bad we will be pleased to hear them.
